Classical Osteopathy — European Roots, Canadian Practice
A traditional European osteopathic approach delivered in alignment with Canadian healthcare standards
Our work is grounded in the principles of classical osteopathy developed in Europe, with a strong focus on structure, function, and the body’s capacity for self-regulation.
All care is provided within the expectations and professional framework of Canadian healthcare.
We are Dmytro and Natalia, osteopathic practitioners with extensive clinical experience.
We have worked with patients across Europe and are now practicing in Ontario, bringing a broad and well-rounded clinical perspective to our work.
Our approach is based on a simple principle: lasting results come from identifying and addressing the root cause of dysfunction — not just temporarily relieving symptoms.
We assess how your body functions as a whole, looking at movement patterns, areas of restriction, and the ways the body compensates over time.
We practice classical osteopathy, and every session is tailored to you as an individual — taking into account your history, lifestyle, posture, breathing, and overall condition.
We are registered and in good standing, and our services may be eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefit plans (coverage depends on your provider).
Our goal is not just short-term relief, but helping your body restore more natural movement and function over time.
Nice to meet you! We’re Dmytro & Natalia

What is Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a hands-on physical therapy approach that has been practiced for over a century and continues to gain recognition for its role in pain management and improving mobility.
Founded in the 1870s by A.T. Still, osteopathy is based on the principle that optimal health depends on the balanced relationship between the body’s structure and its ability to move freely.
Osteopathic care focuses on restoring mobility, supporting proper movement, and reducing physical discomfort. Practitioners work with the muscles, joints, spine, and connective tissues to help address issues such as neck pain, back and spinal discomfort, as well as hip and knee pain.
Osteopathy is often chosen by patients seeking a comprehensive, movement-focused approach to physical well-being.
“The body is a unit; the person is a unit of body, mind, and spirit.”
— Andrew Taylor Still —

gentle, whole-body manual therapy that restores natural balance and the body's innate ability to heal itself through precise hands-on adjustments.
